iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus

Well it's Finally here. Consumers were waiting for a long time for this to happen.The iPhone has been an event for tech company , where all watch with their eyes open for the next industry defining technological marvel. Apple on 9th September 2014 released it's successor or should I saw successors to the iPhone line. Apple released two released two iPhone , but not like the previous (one premium and another sub category phone), it released in fact(1 premium and more premium) calling it iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus .

The iPhone 6 and 6 plus are both quite similar just some differences in features and hardware.Now let's see both the iPhone's.

iPhone 6 / 6 Plus

Design :

The leak that came out few months ago was quite right actually on both the iPhones . The iPhone 6 has a much expected larger screen size of 4.7 inch screen . It comes with a Retina HD Display with a resolution of 1334 X 750 at 326 ppi .We expected a sapphire crystal glass but got a Retina HD , while the Apple watch comes with Sapphire display.The iPhone 6 plus on the other hand supports a 5.5 inch screen ,coming with a Retina HD display with resolution of 1920 X 1080 at 401 ppi. Both the screens comes with round edges and having a scratch -fingerprint resistant display.The
iPhone 6 is just 6.9 mm thin (Slimmest iPhone ever) while the 6 plus is 7.1 mm thick.

Processor :

Both the iPhone 's have the latest processor the A8 which is the successor of A7 chip which first introduced the 64 bit architecture .The same follows with A8 but this time they have made it. 13% smaller in size packing 2 billion transistors. The A8 has increased the performance by 20% comparing to A7 and 50% more graphic power than A7. Apple promises sustained performance by the A8 chip that means less heating problem in Lehman's language.iPhone also has the M8 again from M7 , which is now more accurate and can tell whether you are cycling or climbing elevation.
The M8 packs an number of sensors like gyro meter,barometer ,accelerometer and also proximity sensor.The M8 can also detect the distance and also the elevation you have reached.

iSight Camera :

The Camera on the iPhone is always the best feature and most developed area in the iPhone , both the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 plus have a 8 MP main camera .Quite disappointing on this front as it is running the same pixels from a year and just increasing the enhancements each time . While the Note 4 has just doubled with 16MP .With 8MP camera and f 2.2 same as the iPhone 5S just this time it has enhanced the iSight sensor calling the Focus Pixels which now also detects the phase detection in the picture and improves the picture quality.The iPhone on one hand has the digital image stabilization while the iPhone 6 plus has (OIS) Optical Image stabilization which is quite good and compares quite literally with the DSLR's .iSight camera also supports a 43 MP Panorama picture.

The Front End Camera quite popularly now known as the Selfie camera now-days is the same as the iPhone 5s that is it the same 1.2 MP . Again a disappointment with Apple while Motorola gives 2MP on the Moto G (2 Gen). The camera remains the same with 720p HD recording , but they have improved the face detection . While for the selfie's Apple has provided with a burst mode so that you get the exact picture.

The iSight Camera now supports the same recording that is 1080p Full HD recording,But
now you can record upto 60fps.It still has the the true tone flash .But the coolest feature they have added is Slow Mo Now that's old but with 240 fps Slow Mo is like a professional video-recorder.With iPhone 6 Plus OIS just let's you record videos during constant movement and shoot like a Pro .

iOS 8 and Tweaks :

Now there is some change in the OS , No it's the same with little tweaks.Now both the iPhone's run on the iOS 8 and just the iPhone 6 Plus has a various flavor of it. The iPhone 6 Plus can be home screen in landscape mode just like the tablets. And also few tweaks like you can see messenger icons when chatting.Now to access the top buttons you can extend your arm or just double tap the home button which will bring down the whole screen into half percent.Seems like Just whacky. Apple Pay is the new payments method revealed by Apple which just stores your card info in the device itself and you can pay by the Touch Id.It is not stored anywhere and no one can access it.Which just increases the security of the transactions. And now it has NFC also.

BATTERY LIFE :

Apple now has 20 LTE bands and Voice over LTE (VoLTE) and also Wifi-Calling ,which is just a new communication method developed by Apple which uses Wifi to make calls.
