WWDC 14 : WHAT CAME AND WHAT WAS EXPECTED??

WWDC 14 :

 

                 As Expected the WWDC started off at the highest note .The introduction video was awesome and just touched the heart that what i have to say.Please check it out really amazing.

Okay now WWDC 14 was hyped as we expected and to tell you short and sweet is that it really didn't impact alot on the viewers as for developers it was a great deal.As for the normal joe (guy)  it is just a software update .Speaking of all that and much much more , Let's dive in.

                                    As I told you that some announcements were quite sure at my recent post of the rumours and some were pretty new.We 'll look at each announcement and some things which are new .Unfortunately no iPhone or any other Apple product was launched.And also no Siri upgrades as Microsoft Cortana is not going to see any competition when it is launched That was a biggy but as said in rumours it was definite as Apple always saves the best for the holiday grabs.

Mac OS X (Yosemite)

 

             This OS X version has completely new UI with the all new release as Yosemite named OS.Though speaking of design Apple has really not invented a new design it has just taken the design of the iOS 8 and just made it comfortable enough for the PC users as it didn't copy-paste , but in Lehman's language just improved it.Still the transparency of the iOS 8 works as charming with the OS X . 

           It also redesigned the Safari as well as the Mail in whole new way. Taking first of the Safari it's taken whole  address bar and whole of them to the top and came up with all new tab view bar which is quite different but no sub-par.But there's more expect the whole design gizmag the performance of the new safari has also increased quite much and also gives you 2 hrs of another battery juice.And also improved private browsing.

 

         The Mail is also kind of redone but not so much as it just allows  send large attachments more easily with a new feature called MailDrop  (quite likely Google's Drive) . So all the tedious work has gone.Also Apple is doing a lot of head on competition with Google on it's drive.

         It also announced Google's drive competition the iCloud Drive .Works similar to the Google drive but has some features features like tags and efficient managing of your files

       Mac OS X also allows you now to make CALLS AND SMS and iMessages on your Mac so no needing of touching your phone while you are working .I'll say that's a good feature as it help you not to get up and reach the phone as well as not disturbing your concentration.Except one slightly problem is how is it going to do the call and networking carrier thing so smoothly.

              It also introduced another great feature called HandOff it just does this simple connection over wifi hotspot or over synchronising the last thing you have done with either your mac or iPad or iPhone as is just goona pop up so that you can edit it on the go and also reminds what your doing.It also has instant wifi-hotspot now which can connect to devices seamlessly .

                     And I almost forgot the Spotlight . Just a small feature but helps you find the thing son your mac so seamlessly and also searches the net for you .It also gives a card type info as per your views.

AND I AM DOING THE iOS 8 AND THE NEW PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE IN THE NEXT POST. This was going to be big if i posted all in one.
